A consultation will be longer than one you have experienced with a doctor, often taking 1 hour or more depending on history and health circumstances.
After the initial consultation, your ND will analyze the information given to guide you towards treatments that will encourage your mind and body towards natural healing. Subsequent sessions will be shorter involving specific recommended treatments, which may include nutrition plans, exercise, relaxation techniques, detoxification, meditation or counselling.
